Renata Tavolaro

Renata Tavolaro has worked in a variety of roles since 1985. Renata began their career at McDonald's as a Benefits Representative. In 1989, they moved to Natura as an HR Analyst. Renata then worked as a HR Coordinator at Blue Cards in 1992. In 2000, Renata became the National Director of Foco Talentos at Grupo Foco RH, where they managed a team of 30 professionals and 80 national projects. In 2012, they took on the role of National Recruitment and Selection Manager, where they managed a team of 55 professionals and conducted training projects for leadership. From 2017 to 2018, Renata worked as a Psychotherapist and Consultant at 4Champions Consultoria, Coaching e Desenvolvimento. Currently, they are the Head of Psychology at OrienteMe, a corporate well-being platform that connects hundreds of professionals to thousands of people.

Renata Tavolaro has a long and varied education history. Renata began their studies in 1987, earning a degree in Psychology from the Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM in 1991. Renata then continued their studies at the same university, earning a Post-Graduation in Human Resources Management in 1994. In 2012, they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in Gestão Empresarial. In 2014, they completed a Professional Coach Certification from SLAC Sociedade Latino Americana de Coaching. Renata then completed a Constelações Familiares program from Redecidindo Constelações Sistêmicas in 2015. Currently, they are pursuing a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu - Especialização in Terapia online from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
