Usman Karim has a diverse work experience in the field of digital media and advertising. Usman currently holds the position of "Head of Digital Media" at Orientm McCann Pakistan since 2020. Prior to that, they founded and served as the "Founder & Head of Operations" at Kaizen Advertising from 2019 to 2020. Before starting their own venture, Usman worked at The Brand Crew for several years, where they held the role of "Senior Manager - Media Planning & Buying" from 2016 to 2019 and "Manager Media and Analysis" from 2014 to 2016. During their tenure at The Brand Crew, they led the media and analytics department and successfully executed media plans for various high-profile clients.

Usman Karim obtained a Certified Accountant Technician degree in Accounting and Finance from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant in 2015. Usman also pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Finance from Karachi University, which was completed in 2008. In addition to their academic qualifications, Usman Karim holds various certifications in digital marketing and advertising, including Google Digital Guru, Blueprint Certification Prep from Facebook, and AdWords certifications from Google. Usman recently obtained the Meta Certified Media Planning Professional certification in March 2022.
