Chanin Heise has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Chanin began their career as a Marketing Assistant at ABN AMRO/Standard Federal Bank/InterFirst in 1992 and held various marketing roles within the company until 1997. Chanin then joined The Mars Agency as a Senior Account Executive for a year before returning to ABN AMRO as a First VP & Marketing Manager/Asst. VP/Advertising & Special Events Manager. Chanin managed national marketing and advertising campaigns, branding, trade shows, sales meetings, public relations, community activities, and philanthropy work at ABN AMRO. In 2006, Chanin started their own consulting firm, CH Marketing & Consulting Services, where they served as a Consultant until 2009. Chanin then moved on to the American Red Cross where they worked as a Major Gifts Officer, responsible for cultivating and soliciting major gifts from corporations, foundations, and individuals. From 2014 to 2015, they served as the Community Giving Manager at the Dart Foundation, overseeing grant making and sponsorships in multiple domestic communities. Chanin's next role was at MB Financial Bank as the Marketing Communications & Advertising Manager, where they provided direction for marketing and written communication materials supporting all lines of business. Chanin currently serves as the Director of Development & Communications at Origami Rehabilitation, a role they have held since 2018.

Chanin Heise attended Central Michigan University from 1988 to 1992, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations. Additionally, they completed a minor in Business Management during their time at the university.
