Maddie Burroughs

Maddie Burroughs is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Engineering Research Intern at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab since May 2023. Maddie has held multiple roles, including Technical Director and Designer at Scotch'n'Soda Theatre Company, where responsibilities include facilitating deliverable meetings and coordinating a production budget of up to $20,000. Maddie also works as a Teaching Assistant and Student Events Division Lead at Carnegie Mellon University School of Computer Science, leading recitation sessions, mentoring students, and organizing large events.
