Hirokazu Morita

Hirokazu Morita has a diverse work experience. Hirokazu founded Spacely, Inc. in 2013 and served as the Chief Executive Officer. Spacely is a VR cloud software company that focuses on making it simple and effective for business users to create and utilize 360 VR content. During their time at Spacely, they successfully acquired over 3000 business accounts within 3 years. Prior to Spacely, Hirokazu founded and led ORIGAMI Inc., an online marketplace for digital art, from 2012 to 2014. Hirokazu'smission at ORIGAMI was to connect artists worldwide with a global audience by overcoming linguistic, cultural, and market barriers.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Hirokazu pursued an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2011 to 2013. Hirokazu specialized in Entrepreneurship, Statistics, and General Management, and was selected to participate in the Polsky Center Accelerator Program. Additionally, Hirokazu worked as a Deputy Director at the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry from 2005 to 2011. Prior to that, they were a Researcher at ISAS/JAXA from 2003 to 2005. Hirokazu Morita has a diverse education history that spans a range of disciplines. Hirokazu began their educational journey in 1999 by enrolling at The University of Tokyo, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics. After completing this undergraduate program in 2003, Hirokazu went on to undertake further studies at the Tokyo Institute of Technology. From 2003 to 2005, they pursued a Master of Engineering degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering at this institution. Finally, in 2011, Hirokazu decided to enhance their business acumen and enrolled in The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. There, they acquired a Master's degree in Business Administration, specializing in the field of Business Administration, which they completed in 2013.
