Diego Proaze Paes

Diego Proaze Paes is an experienced project leader in automation and instrumentation within the oil and gas sector, currently managing solutions and projects at Origem Energia since August 2022. Previously, Diego served as an Automation/Digital Project Coordinator at Radix Engenharia e Software, overseeing client portfolios and engineering teams in downstream oil/gas, chemical, and petrochemical projects. Diego's earlier experience includes industrial engineering roles at White Martins, focusing on reliability and maintenance management as well as production automation. Additional positions include automation engineering trainee at Contraste IT Solutions and intern roles at Furnas and CEPEL, where Diego gained foundational experience in supervisory systems programming and electronic technology. Diego holds an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in Electronic Industrial Engineering from Cefet/RJ.
