Eduardo Hirschle

Eduardo Hirschle is an experienced professional in the energy and investment sectors, currently serving as the Head of M&A and New Business Development at Origem Energia since January 2021, where responsibilities include leading business development initiatives in the Brazilian energy market. Prior to this role, Eduardo was a Board Member at Prisma Capital from May 2020 to March 2021 and worked as an Investment Analyst focusing on private equity and special situations in Brazil. From January 2018 to May 2020, Eduardo was a Partner at Journey Capital Administração de Recursos Ltda, specializing as a buy-side analyst for structured credit. Eduardo gained early experience as a Trainee in New Business Development at Ebrasil Energia and as a Scholarship Holder in the Petrobras PBRH-04 Programme. Education includes a Mechanical Engineering degree from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, a Master's degree from the University of Liverpool under the Science Without Borders Programme, and a Certificate in Financial Management from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa.
