Pamela Souza Kadi

Pamela Souza Kadi currently serves as the Head of Communications & Sustainability at Origem Energia since July 2021, following a period as an independent consultant specializing in communication and sustainability from October 2018 to July 2021. Kadi has extensive experience in linking communication theories to sustainability practices, significantly contributing to projects related to Agenda 2030 and working with prominent organizations like IKEA. Prior roles include Vice Coordinator in the Responsibility Committee at IBP and various positions in communication and marketing across organizations such as Queiroz Galvão and MONGERAL AEGON. Kadi's educational background encompasses a range of specializations, including a Professional Master's in Management for Competitiveness focused on Sustainability from FGV EAESP and a Master of Arts in Conflict Solutions and Human Rights from Universidad Juárez Autónoma de Tabasco.
