Adam Ard

Adam Ard has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Most recently, they worked at Origence as a Sr. Product Solution Architect starting in November 2020. Prior to that, they were a Product Manager at New American Funding where they designed and developed an internal microservices platform called NAFx and built an Encompass360 SDK application to automate manual tasks and ensure consistent results.

Adam also worked as a Business System Analyst at Cobalt Mortgage, where they implemented Encompass360 for over 1000 users and developed multi-threaded applications and B2B interfaces. Adam gained experience in compliance and software customization as a Compliance Specialist at Axia Home Loans, where they specialized in statistical analysis of loan production and developed new software modules to automate tasks.

Before entering the financial industry, Adam worked as a Production Lead at Bainbridge Organic Distillers, where they improved production efficiency and managed inventory. Adam also gained laboratory experience as a Laboratory Assistant and Teacher's Assistant at the University of Portland, and as a Diagnostic Laboratory Intern at St. Joseph's Hospital in Germany, where they were trained in diagnostic tests and sample preparation.

As a Research Intern at AVM Biotechnology, Adam conducted independent research on homologous recombination, self-taught Python coding, and presented their findings to other researchers. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in German Studies from the University of Portland. In February 2022, Adam Ard obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc.
