Cindy Chan

Cindy Chan has over 15 years of experience in various roles related to business systems analysis, product management, and QA engineering. Their most recent role was at Origence as a product manager. Before that, they held the positions of technical product owner at Taco Bell, senior product owner at CU Direct, and senior business system analyst at Xome. Earlier in their career, they worked as a business systems analyst at loanDepot, Dell, Volt Information Sciences, and IndyMac Bank, where they also worked as a QA engineer. Their responsibilities included analyzing requirements, developing test plans and test cases, coordinating meetings with clients, and managing projects. Cindy has worked on various website development projects, including developing microsite templates and replatforming JV sites onto the Sitecore CMS platform.
