Linda Hanson

Vice President, Client & Product Support at Origence

Linda Hanson has extensive work experience in the financial industry, primarily in leadership and management roles. Linda started their career in 1993 at SchoolsFirst FCU, where they held various management positions and introduced new products, created the compliance function, opened new branches, and handled marketing and advertising. At SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union, they served as the Vice President of Strategic Planning, overseeing the planning and execution of organizational business strategies.

Linda then joined the California & Nevada Credit Union Leagues as the Vice President of Planning and Project Management, where they worked from 2012 to 2014. Linda later transitioned to Kasasa in 2014 as a Senior Client Success Manager, responsible for deepening and developing relationships with C-level staff at community banks and credit union clients.

In 2017, Linda joined Origence as the Vice President of Client & Product Support. Origence is a lending technology leader that helps credit unions generate loans and grow their membership. Linda's role involves developing and implementing technology solutions to advance credit unions' lending programs and overall portfolio success.

Throughout their career, Linda has also served as a board member at Web Wise Kids and held positions at SchoolsFirst FCU, including Director of Research & Product Development and Director of Member Investment Services. Linda obtained various licenses, including NASD Series 7 and 63 brokerage licenses and a California property and casualty insurance license.

Linda Hanson started their education in 1989 at Western CUNA Management School, where they studied Credit Union Management until 1991. Later, they attended the University of San Francisco from 1995 to 1997, where they received their Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior. In 2012, Linda attended the CUES School of Applied Strategic Management, earning a CSE (unspecified degree) qualification. Additionally, Linda obtained additional certifications, including "Essentials of Team Collaboration" from LinkedIn in January 2022 and "Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist" from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2023.
