Steven Burghardt

Steven Burghardt is an accomplished business executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, particularly in employee benefits and corporate travel management. Currently serving as Vice President Business for Continental Europe at Origin since March 2025, Steven previously held significant positions at CWT Energy, Resources & Marine and Marsh McLennan, where responsibilities included global business development and leading teams across multiple countries. Steven has also served as Executive Vice President at Europ Assistance, contributing to substantial growth during the company's expansion. In addition to a successful corporate career, Steven co-founded and serves as Chairman of una e.V., a nonprofit organization aimed at fostering connection and empathy in society. Educational achievements include participation in the Authentic Leader Development Program at Harvard Business School and a Magister in health care management from the University of Vienna.
