Derrick Whittington

Derrick Whittington is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in commercial relationship management and leadership. Currently serving as a Commercial Relationship Banker - VP at Origin Bank since February 2024, Derrick previously held key positions at Community Bancshares, Inc. as Vice President and Assistant Vice President from December 2015 to February 2024. Prior to that, Derrick was the Branch Manager at Citizens National Bank of MS from March 2010 to December 2015, and served as a Personal Banker at Citizens National Bank from September 2008 to March 2010. Derrick holds a Bachelor's Degree from Belhaven University, obtained between 2001 and 2006.
