Mikael Westerlund

Mikael Westerlund is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as Project Lead and Business Developer at Aalto University and Business Project Lead at AGATE Sensors, Mikael also founded Origin by Ocean, which focuses on revolutionizing the chemical industry through algae. Previously, Mikael held key roles at Forcenetics as Chief Executive Officer and at Savox Communications Ltd, where responsibilities included VP Accessories Business Line, Chief Technology Officer, and Senior Vice President of Global Marketing. Mikael has an MBA in High Tech from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu and a B.Sc. in Telecommunications from Arcada Polytechnic School of Technology.
