Kimberly Thomas (Jensen) has extensive experience in digital product management and optimization. Kimberly most recently worked at Origin Energy as the SME Product & Insights Lead. Prior to that, they held roles such as Head of Digital Product & Experience (acting) and Lead Digital Product Manager at the same company. Kimberly also has experience at EnergyAustralia as a Digital Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist and at McMillan Shakespeare Group as a Digital Optimization Manager. Earlier in their career, they worked at Tourism New Zealand as a Senior Digital Specialist and Online Marketing Coordinator, as well as at Tourism Industry Association as a Membership Administrator.
Kimberly Thomas (Jensen) completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus on Marketing, Human Resource Management, and Tourism from Victoria University of Wellington. Kimberly attended this university from 2004 to 2007.
In addition to their degree, Kimberly has obtained several certifications. In 2016, they completed a certification in Conversion Optimization from ConversionXL. In 2017, they obtained the SAFe for teams (Agile) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Furthermore, in 2020, they completed the Delivering Employee Feedback certification from LinkedIn and the Storytelling for Influence certification from IDEO U. Most recently, in 2022, they obtained the Developing Executive Presence certification from LinkedIn.
