Mark Boydell

Mark Boydell is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in the energy sector. Currently serving as a Senior Corporate Lawyer at Origin Energy since January 2022, Mark advises on various business areas including LNG trading and wholesale gas trading. Prior to this role, Mark was the Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs for Enel Green Power in Australia, where responsibilities encompassed establishing the legal department and providing legal guidance for major renewable energy projects. Earlier positions included Corporate Lawyer at Origin Energy and Senior Associate at Clayton Utz, where Mark specialized in corporate, M&A, and capital markets.
