Pauline Mitchell is an accomplished IT and business improvement leader with extensive experience in managing strategic projects and transformations across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of IT Automation & Improvement at Origin Energy, Mitchell has previously held key roles including Contract Director at illion Australia and New Zealand, National Operations Director at Lee Hecht Harrison, and Manager Program Delivery at Silver Chain Group. Mitchell’s career highlights include overseeing significant innovations at Rio Tinto, where responsibilities included developing operational integration roadmaps and enhancing business improvement strategies using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. A graduate of Abertay University with a BA (Hons) in Information Management, and holder of an Executive Certificate in Artificial Intelligence from MIT Sloan School of Management, Mitchell combines a strong technical background with a proven track record in delivering impactful change and improvements.
