Shane Woods

Shane Woods has over two decades of experience in the field of health and safety and maintenance, currently serving as the Senior Health & Safety Business Partner for Origin Energy since May 2011. In this role, Shane partners with large business customers to help them achieve energy goals through sustainable practices. Previous positions include Safe Control of Work Authority, Integrated Planning Specialist, Integrated Site Planning Manager, and Instrument & Electrical Maintenance Supervisor at Origin Energy. Prior to this, Shane held various roles at BP, Queensland Alumina Ltd, and Aughinish Alumina Ltd, starting as an Instrument & Electrical Maintenance Technician. Shane's educational background includes studies at the Institute of Technology, Carlow, and FAS Cork.
