Thomas Padovani has a diverse work experience in the renewable energy sector, holding various roles in different companies. Thomas started their career as the Sales & Development Manager for Latin America at HAMON from October 2010 to September 2015. Thomas then served as the Head of Business Development for Asia-Pacific at HAMON from October 2015 to December 2017. After that, they founded and acted as the CEO of PadoTech, a consulting firm specializing in strategy, business development, and innovation for the renewable energy sector from January 2018 to August 2020. Thomas also worked as an Entrepreneur at Antler from January 2020 to June 2020. In 2020, they joined Enel Green Power as a Business Development Manager from August 2020 to October 2021. Following this, they worked at Brighte as a Senior Strategic Partnership Manager from October 2021 to January 2022 and as the Head of Energy Pilot from January 2022 to July 2022. Currently, Thomas is the Head of Partnerships Strategy at Origin Energy, leading the design and development of their partnership platform to transform the Origin Renewables business model and Go-To-Market Strategy. Thomas'sresponsibilities include managing external strategy consultants and internal cross-functional squads to grow Origin Loop, the largest Virtual Power Plant in Australia.

Thomas Padovani's education history includes a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering from Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, which was obtained between 2007 and 2010. In 2009 to 2010, they also pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Project Management and PMO from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco.

Recently, in 2021 to 2022, Thomas attended SDA Bocconi where they pursued an Executive Master in Renewable Energy. Additionally, in 2017 to 2018, they completed an Executive Program in Corporate Innovation from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, known as the LEAD program.

Thomas has also obtained additional certifications, including a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst certification from the Corporate Finance Institute® obtained in August 2020, as well as an MOOC Oil & Gas Achievement Certificate from IFP School obtained in June 2015.
