Rachel Finn

Rachel Finn is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Recruitment and HR for Origin Environmental at Origin Enterprises Plc since December 2023. In this role, Rachel leads HR activities and focuses on aligning the people strategy with business goals. Prior to this, Rachel worked at WSP in the UK from March 2008 to November 2023 as a Senior Recruitment Manager, where Rachel directed sourcing of exceptional candidates for the Earth & Environment team. Earlier in Rachel's career, Rachel contributed to the UK HR team as an HR Administrator, providing essential administrative and advisory support. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a BSc Hons in Technology with Business Studies from Sheffield Hallam University.
