Dave Welk

Dave Welk has a diverse work experience in the finance and real estate industry. Dave started their career as a Senior Credit Analyst at First Midwest Bank in 2003, where they worked until 2005. Following that, they joined Deutsche Asset Management as a Portfolio/Asset Management Associate and later became Assistant Vice President of Acquisitions. In 2011, Dave joined Origin Investments as Vice President and later took on the roles of Director of Acquisitions - West and Southeast, and currently serves as the Managing Director of Acquisitions.
