Michael O'Shea

Michael O'Shea, CFA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in real estate investment and capital markets. Currently serving as Vice President of Origin Exchange at Origin Investments, Michael leads the 1031 Exchange Platform that assists real estate owners in tax deferral strategies. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at Cantor Fitzgerald, where Michael contributed to a diverse financial services platform, and Senior Director at Aegon Asset Management, focusing on real estate private equity investor relations. Michael’s career also encompasses leadership positions at First Capital Advisors, Four Springs Capital Markets, and Inland Securities Corporation. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism from Purdue University and an MBA in Real Estate Finance and Investment from DePaul University. Additionally, Michael is the Owner Operator of X-Golf Downers Grove, a premier indoor golf facility in Chicago.
