Jonathan Overton

Jonathan Overton is a Senior Technology Development Engineer at Origin Materials since July 2022, with previous experience as a Process Development Engineer at Grande Cheese Company from December 2019 to July 2022. Jonathan's early career includes roles as a Graduate Research Assistant at both Purdue University and the University of Maine, the latter contributing to a Master's degree in Biological Engineering. Prior experience as an intern at ADM involved process development, alongside research internships at Oklahoma State University and the Oklahoma Blood Institute, where skills in fermentation techniques, data analysis, and report preparation were developed. Jonathan holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from Purdue University, a Master's degree from the University of Maine, and a Bachelor's degree in Biosystems Engineering from Oklahoma State University. Jonathan graduated from Oklahoma School of Science and Mathematics in 2011.
