Iwona Pasiut has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Iwona started their career as a Sales Representative at Avon Cosmetics Polska Sp. z o.o. in 2002 and worked there until 2007. Following that, they served as a Pharmacy Administrator at Slavex Pharmacy from 2005 to 2007.

In 2020, Iwona had two more roles. Iwona worked as a Business Analyst (Salesforce) at Zoetis Inc. from March to August 2020. Later that year, they joined ASAR Digital Inc. as a Business Analyst (SAP) from November 2020 to May 2021, where they focused on SAP systems and analysis.
In 2022, Iwona Pasiut joined Origin Specialty Underwriters as a Business Systems Administrator. Iwona then transitioned to the role of Director of Operations in March 2023.
Iwona Pasiut has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics from Benedictine University, obtained from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Mathematics and Chemistry at Moraine Valley Community College, from 2012 to 2014. Iwona also attended Liceum Ogolnoksztalcace nr 1 w Nowym Saczu for high school from 2003 to 2005. In addition, they have obtained a certification as an SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Commerce Cloud Business User from SAP in 2021.
