Huilang Chen

Huilang Chen has a diverse work experience. From 2021 to the present, Chen has been working as a Lead Software Engineer at Origin AI. In this role, Chen is responsible for firmware development for fall detection systems and HealthPod Pairing, as well as firmware and hardware testing. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2019, Chen worked as a Research Associate at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Lastly, from 2017 to 2018, Chen worked as a Laboratory Assistant at Montgomery College.

Huilang Chen completed an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Montgomery College from 2016 to 2019. Following that, from 2019 to 2021, Huilang pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering at the University of Maryland - A. James Clark School of Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Huilang obtained several certifications, including "Web Scraping with Python" from LinkedIn in January 2021, "IoT Foundations: Operating Systems Fundamentals" from LinkedIn in December 2020, and "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" from Microsoft in December 2020. Huilang also acquired various other certifications related to web development, cloud computing, and user experience.
