Órnat Maynes

Órnat Maynes is an experienced Talent Development Partner currently working at Origina since April 2022, specializing in the creation and management of effective onboarding and employee training programs. Prior to this, Órnat served as a Learning and Development Coordinator at Innovation Asset Collective, where the focus was on supporting SMEs with Intellectual Property education. Experience as an Elementary School Teacher was gained at both CISVA and the Department of Education and Skills in Ireland, where innovative teaching methods and blended learning were employed. Órnat's early career included roles in procurement at CAPREIT, facilitating orientation programs and managing vendor contracts. Órnat holds a Bachelor of Education and an MSc in Education & Training Management (Leadership) from Dublin City University, along with a Diploma in Learning and Development from CIPD.
