Jason Hutcherson

Jason Hutcherson is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the General Manager at Original ChopShop since June 2022, Jason focuses on fostering a positive culture and developing staff to enhance guest experiences. Previously, from January 2018 to September 2022, Jason held the position of Senior Manager at The Cheesecake Factory, where responsibilities included leading customer service initiatives and directing the culinary department. Jason also worked as an Assistant General Manager at Bar Louie from June 2015 to November 2017 and served in the Texas Army National Guard as a Soldier from October 2008 to October 2015, gaining valuable skills in equipment maintenance. Additionally, as Beverage Manager at T.G.I. Fridays from June 2006 to May 2015, Jason achieved significant sales success and developed team members into management roles.
