Jose Bryce Smith is the Founder and CEO of O&M Haircare, a company committed to promoting healthier haircare solutions through a blend of science and nature since April 2007. Prior to this role, Jose co-founded Atlantis Hair in Sydney in 2000, where expertise was focused on ammonia, PPD, and resorcinol-free color and clean haircare until July 2010. Jose holds a BA Hons in Consumer Services Management from Leeds Beckett University, completed between 1995 and 1998, and attended Bishop's Stortford College from 1990 to 1993.
