Jackie Koveleski has diverse work experience in various industries. Jackie started their career at McGraw-Hill Education as a Marketing Coordinator, where they assisted in multiple marketing projects and product development. Jackie then worked as a Marketing Specialist at Miller, Cooper & Co., Ltd., contributing to successful marketing campaigns and implementing new processes. At Pearson, Jackie held the role of Publisher's Representative and Inside Sales Publisher's Representative, responsible for selling higher education textbooks and technology to universities and community colleges.

Their extensive experience in the healthcare industry began at Cardinal Health, where they worked as a Senior Sales Representative, Consultant, and Senior Consultant in Strategic Implementation. In these roles, Jackie led projects for implementing Prime Vendor agreements for Cardinal's largest enterprise accounts. Jackie managed project plans, resources, and commitments to customers, monitored implementation progress with a predictive outlook, and developed consistent methodologies based on best practices. Notable healthcare projects Jackie worked on include collaborations with Catholic Health Initiatives, McLaren Health Care, and Tampa General Hospital, as well as ongoing projects with key strategic healthcare systems.

Currently, Jackie is employed at Original Shift, where they hold the positions of Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager.

Jackie Koveleski pursued their education at the University of Dayton from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Relations/Image Management. In addition to their bachelor's degree, Jackie Koveleski also achieved the Order-to-Cash Solution Consultant Certificate from the Institute of Finance and Management in March 2021.
