Jason T.

Jason T. has extensive experience in project development and environmental affairs, currently serving as the Vice President of Project Development at Origis Energy since January 2018. In this role, Jason leads a team focused on utility-scale solar PV and battery energy storage system projects while conducting due diligence for mergers and acquisitions across the Southeast United States. Prior to this position, Jason held senior roles in development and environmental affairs at Clean Line Energy Partners and NextEra Energy Resources, where responsibilities included planning, permitting, compliance, and environmental risk management for energy projects. Jason's career began at URS Corporation and has included varied positions involving environmental planning, compliance monitoring, and project management, building a strong foundation in technical and leadership capacities. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry with a focus on Watershed Management and Hydrology from Stephen F. Austin State University.
