Previously, Lucas held positions at Canadian Solar Inc. as Regional Asset Manager and had roles in operations and management at companies such as Soltage LLC, Locus Energy, and Con Edison Development. Lucas began a career in renewable energy at the U.S. Department of Energy, earning accolades in a collegiate competition for wind energy innovation. Educationally, Lucas holds a degree in Energy Business & Finance from Penn State University, complemented by a minor in Engineering Entrepreneurship.
