Luciane de Carli Heuer

Luciane De Carli Heuer currently holds the position of Diretora de Garantia da Receita at Órigo Energia since November 2024. Previously, Luciane served as Senior Manager of Collection and Sale of Non Performing Loans at Bradesco from March 2022 to October 2024, where responsibilities included developing collection strategies across various segments, leading the team focused on low-performance credit portfolios, and managing approval processes and auctions. Luciane's extensive experience in customer experience and operational efficiency was demonstrated during a tenure at Vivo (Telefonica Brazil) from June 2014 to March 2022 in multiple leadership roles. Luciane’s career also includes valuable contributions to Boticario Group as a Process and Project Consultant and to GVT as Customer Experience Coordinator. Academically, Luciane possesses an MBA in Leadership from The University of Manchester and has earned certifications in Lean Six Sigma.
