Emma Norman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Emma is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Orikan from May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Consultant from February 2023 to April 2023. Emma previously held the position of Chief People Officer at Deep Blue Company, where they were responsible for defining and transforming culture, enhancing capability, and supporting business scale during a period of rapid growth. Emma also served as the Director of People & Quality at Deep Blue Company and worked as a Consultant at the Australian Financial Complaints Authority and humm group in 2019.
