Wendy Rose has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Wendy began their career as a Head of Customer Service at Chrisco Hampers/Castle Hampers, where they managed various departments and was responsible for HR tasks. Wendy then took a break to be a stay-at-home parent for nearly a decade. Afterward, they joined PeopleScape Pty Ltd as a Consultant Assistant, gaining exposure to organizational development and psychology. Wendy later worked at Hudson as an Associate in the Talent Management Team. Wendy then transitioned to Grosvenor Performance Group as a Senior Consultant, focusing on program and process evaluations in the public sector. Wendy also provided project management advice for Vision Australia and served as a Customer Success Manager at Emvisage Field Workflow Software. Wendy further expanded their expertise as a Customer Operations Manager and Customer Success Manager at Circle In. Most recently, Wendy joined The Agility Concept as an Operations Manager and is currently working at Orikan as a Customer Support Lead.

Wendy Rose obtained a Bachelor's degree in Applied Social Science (with a minor in Counseling) from the Australian College of Applied Psychology, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Wendy also obtained additional certifications in Change Management from APMG International in 2019, and certifications in Hudson Assessment Tools and Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ) & Abilities Assessments from Hudson and SHL in 2017 respectively.
