Alexandra Powers

Alexandra Powers is an experienced nursing professional currently serving as an Operating Room Nurse at Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital since January 2021. Prior experience includes roles as an Operating Room Nurse at Trillium Health Partners and as a Registered Nurse in Labour and Delivery at both Mount Sinai Hospital and Peterborough Regional Health Centre. Alexandra's background also features interdisciplinary experience in planning and environmental projects, including work as a Planning Technician and a Volunteer Coordinator. Academically, Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Trent University and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Biology and Psychology from the University of Ottawa, complemented by a specialization in Operating Room Perioperative Nursing from George Brown College.
