Debbie Singh

Debbie Singh is a seasoned Human Resources leader with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital since January 2021, Debbie previously held key positions including Executive Vice President of People & Culture at Canadian Cancer Society and Vice President of People at Habitat for Humanity GTA. Notable earlier roles include Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness and Director of Human Resources at Plan Canada, as well as a Director of Systems and Total Rewards at Indigo Books & Music. With a strong educational background that includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Waterloo, a Master's in Counseling, and a D. Phil in Counseling from California State University, Debbie also has teaching experience as a professor and HR instructor.
