Katherine McCleary Mph

Katherine McCleary, MPH, PMP, is a seasoned professional in the health sector with extensive experience in project management and integrated care. Currently, Katherine serves as the Manager of Corporate Planning & Project Management Office at Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital and holds a board member position at Huronia Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic. Katherine previously worked as the Integrated Care Lead for the Central Ontario Health Team for Specialized Populations, focusing on complex needs and trauma-informed care. With a strong background at Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care, Katherine held various roles, including Strategic Project Manager and Manager of Research & Academics. Earlier experience includes roles at the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, Canadian Red Cross, Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit, and Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. Katherine earned an MPH in Public Health from the University of Waterloo and a HBSc in Biology and Chemistry from Western University.
