Paula Smith

Paula Smith is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in respiratory therapy, education, and training programs. Currently serving as a Senior Training and Education Program Manager for Acute Care & Monitoring at Medtronic since August 2016, Paula also holds the role of Advanced Parameters Specialist. As a Staff Respiratory Therapist at Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital since March 2009, contributions include critical patient care and education. Additionally, Paula has engaged in various instructional roles, including Neonatal Resuscitation Instructor for the Canadian Pediatric Society and CPR Instructor for both Heart & Stroke and Action First Aid.
