Craig Lennard

Craig Lennard is a Senior Information Technology System Administrator at ORIMA Research since January 2022, previously serving as an IT Systems Administrator at Timbertruss from September 2008 to December 2021. In the role at Timbertruss, Craig provided comprehensive help desk support to a diverse range of end users while developing and maintaining the company’s ICT infrastructure. Responsibilities included IT system development, administration, device and network security, policy compliance, backups, and network monitoring. Additionally, Craig held positions as a Customer Service Officer, where customer support was provided to internal and external stakeholders, and as a Manufacturing and Design professional. Craig holds a Bachelor of Information Technology in Information Systems and Software Development from RMIT University, attained between 2017 and 2021, as well as a Business Pathway Program degree from Open Universities Australia completed in 2017.
