Tracey Lewis is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in various roles within school districts. Currently serving as the Principal at Glorietta Elementary School in the Orinda Union School District since July 2018, Tracey focuses on STEAM learning and social-emotional development for a student body of 550. Prior to this position, Tracey was the Principal of Haight Elementary in the Alameda Unified School District from June 2014 to June 2018, leading a diverse Title I school renowned for its innovative CCSS instruction plan integrating global and STEM learning for 600 students. Tracey has also held roles as a District Educational Coordinator and Interim Vice Principal at San Leandro Unified School District, and served as an Intervention Specialist and Reform Coordinator at Woodrow Wilson Elementary for over two decades. Earlier experience includes teaching 2nd grade and working as a Community Development Specialist. Tracey holds a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
