Andrea Seurer has over nine years of experience in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as the HR Director of Onboarding and Benefits at Orion Associates since November 2015, Andrea has held various roles within the company, including HR Manager, Sr. HR Generalist, Sr. Recruiter, and Recruiter. Prior experience includes working as a Technical Recruiter at LRS, where responsibilities involved collaborating with clients to identify technical job requirements, sourcing and evaluating candidates, and coordinating interview processes. Andrea began the professional journey as an Associate Technical Recruiter and HR Intern at Kinseth Hospitality Companies, supporting payroll projects. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Human Resource Management from the University of Iowa and participated in the CIMBA Italy Program.
