David Merrell

David Merrell is a seasoned financial and business professional with extensive experience in wealth management and financial services. As the Managing Member and Founder of TBH Advisors since November 2007, David specializes in providing comprehensive financial planning for high-net-worth individuals, including business owners and professional athletes. In addition, David co-founded Orion CFO in January 2022, offering bookkeeping, tax services, and accounting for small businesses. Previous entrepreneurial ventures include owning Quest Performance Training and Quest Sports Center, where David developed fitness programs and training curricula. Earlier in the career, David served as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Fifth Third Bank from 2001 to 2007. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of the South, earned in 1993.
