Mr. King has more than 20 years of experience in private equity investment, in addition to commercial and residential real estate development comprised of two thousand+ units valued at more than $2 billion. Having managed projects from inception to completion, Mr. King has been invovled in all facets of real estate development including overseeing product development, managing sales, and serving as an HOA board member and architectural review committee member on multiple properties. He has successfully structured and negotiated numerous transactions with commercial and investment banks and has closed $1.5 billing in loan facilities.
