Akshita Roy

Akshita Roy is an HR recruiter and talent acquisition specialist at Orion Corporate Alliance Pvt. Ltd. since January 2024, where collaboration with hiring managers and job requisition creation is a key focus. Previous experience includes a human resources internship at II Accurate Jobs II ACCURATE GLOBAL ALLIANCES in late 2023 and an HR associate internship at TEN: Marketing in early 2023. Akshita contributed as a human resources intern at Suvidha Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to education for financially challenged individuals, and at Code Karo Yaaro. Academically, Akshita holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from St. Xavier's College and Pondicherry University, alongside a Master's degree in English Literature from Rabindra Bharati University and a BA in English Literature from the University of Calcutta.
