Phillip Seely has over 20 years of experience in the drilling and construction industry. Currently serving as a Construction Manager at Orion Drilling Company since March 2011, Phillip oversees various construction projects, demonstrating a strong leadership and operational management skill set. Previously, from 2000 to 2007, Phillip held the position of Project Manager at National Oilwell Varco, where responsibility for project execution and client satisfaction was paramount.
