Brendan Nelson

Brendan Nelson is Vice President of Innovation and Technology, responsible for leading and evolving Orion's technology and network infrastructure.

Previously, Brendan was a Service Delivery Manager at Tishman Speyer, a world-renowned owner, operator and developer of premier real estate, including Rockefeller Center and Yankee Stadium. During his tenure there, he managed technology services for the C-suite and senior management including: procurement, provisioning, demonstration, technical document creation, residence technology management, and served as a vendor liaison. Subsequently, Brendan transitioned internally to Building Technology where he led PropTech projects for the Global Head and the department Director such as: building firewall implementation, vendor network uptime monitoring, internet circuit evaluation and consolidation, and population density scanner deployment.

Prior to Tishman Speyer, Brendan worked as a Service Desk Support Associate at Bridgewater Associates in Westport, CT and as a Technical Support Specialist at Pricewaterhouse Coopers in New York, NY. Brendan Nelson holds a BA , Major in Communication, Minor in Information Technology, cum laude, from University of Massachusetts Amherst.
