Dave Blanchard

Dave Blanchard is a Vice President and is responsible for the evaluation, due diligence, execution and monitoring of investments.

Prior to joining Orion Energy, Mr. Blanchard was Vice President at Global Natural Resource Investments ("GNRI"), a multibillion-dollar London-based private equity fund focused on oil & gas, asset-heavy energy services, power and other natural resource investments. During his time at GNRI, Mr. Blanchard actively managed the fund's investments and evaluated control equity investment opportunities. Mr. Blanchard helped structure and execute various senior and mezzanine debt financings for GNRI's portfolio companies. Mr. Blanchard previously worked with Mr. Leary, Mr. Nicholas and Mr. Friedland at BNRI, the predecessor to GNRI.

Prior to GNRI, Mr. Blanchard spent three years working for the strategy team at Newmont Mining Corporation.

Mr. Blanchard received a B.S. in Business Administration from Saint Mary's College of California cum laude.
