Kerry A. Galvin

Kerry A. Galvin is the current Director at Orion Engineered Carbons. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Axip Energy Services, LP from May 2010 to August 2015. In this role, Kerry was responsible for Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, Risk Management, and Facilities. Kerry has also held the position of Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Lyondell from May 1990 to January 2008. Prior to Lyondell, they worked as Corporate Counsel and Associate General Counsel at Lyondell Chemical Company from May 1990 to May 2000. Kerry began their career as an Associate at Mayor, Day & Caldwell from May 1986 to May 1990.

Kerry A. Galvin has a JD from University of Michigan Law School, a BSFS from Georgetown University in International Business/Trade/Commerce, and a Juris Doctorate from University's of Michigan in Law.
