James Bolden

James Bolden has extensive experience in the banking and retail sectors, currently serving as a Universal Banker and Operations Manager Retail Training Specialist at Orion Federal Credit Union since September 2016. With a background in managing operational tasks, including monthly reporting, scheduling, and branch cash auditing, James also plays a key role in training new hires and updating training curricula. Prior to joining Orion, James worked at Regions Bank as a Teller III, responsible for customer transactions and fraud prevention, and achieved recognition for exceptional customer relations. James began a career in sales at Best Buy, where responsibilities included product merchandising and customer education. James holds a degree from The University of Memphis, earned between 2007 and 2013.
