Lori Poley

Lori Poley has extensive experience in human resources and customer service, having served as a Human Resources Specialist and Generalist at Memphis Area Teachers' Credit Union since September 2007. Responsibilities include screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing applicants' qualifications. Prior to this role, Lori worked as a Customer Service Representative at BPI and at Xerox Corporation from 1977 to 2006, where responsibilities included providing technical support and training for office multifunction devices, as well as serving in various analytical and administrative roles. Lori's educational background includes studies at Southwest Community College and the St. Technical Institute at Memphis, alongside obtaining diplomas from Kingsbury High School.
